 Q: How does Advertiser account work?
Answer  

First you need to sign up to create a new account, click here to sign up a new account

Once you register your details, an email will be sent to your mailbox (the email address you register with Star-Clicks). Go to your mailbox, find the email from Star-Clicks.com, open it and find the activation link and click it.

Now that your account is activated you can login to your account, login on https://www.star-clicks.com/login.asp

Click on "Create New Ad" on the menu, in the new page you are able to create your ad. You need to set subjects and URL of your ad. You also need to set the minimum CPC you would like to pay for your ad.

 Q: Can I open more than one account with Star-Clicks.com?
Answer  

 As per our terms, you are allowed to have only one account.

 

 

 Q: I just registered with Star-Clicks, but I did not receive the activation email?
Answer  
After you sign up for a new account, you will be sent an email that has an activation link, you need to click that link in order to activate your account.

If you do not see the email, then check "Spam" or "Junk" folder of your mailbox and look for the activation email.

If you have not received the email, then contact us and we activate your account.

 

 

 Q: Why do you want me to verify my account?

This measure ensures the right person is using Star-Clicks.com
As Star-Clicks is transferring funds to members, to prevent possible frauds, and according to anti money laundering law we need to know  the identity of the person receiving funds.

Please note that you only need to complete this process once.

In order to verify your account, you need to login to your account and click on "Verify my account"
You will need to provide a valid mobile phone number with its international format, (what is a correct mobile format)

After providing the phone number click on "Send the code" button, a code should be received by your phone, enter the code in the box and press the "Submit" button.

If you do not have a mobile phone to receive the code, you can send us a photo ID.

We accept any form of national ID from your country, this can be a valid passport, national identity card, student card or Government ID.

The balance of your advertising is spent towards your ads to be displayed and clicked. You would not be able to withdraw this balance.


 

 

 Q: My ad does not show traffic, why?
Answer  

Your ad needs to bee approved before being displayed on our network. This might take about 24 hours. Your ad will be not displayed if not approved.


 

 

 Q: How long will it take to approve an ad?
Answer  

It will take about 24 hours to review and approve an ad. You may contact support@star-clicks.com and check the status of your ad.

 

 

 Q: My ad does not receive many traffic, why?
Answer  

To receive more traffic you need to choose higher CPC. Please note CPC is the amount you would like to pay for each click to your ad. Choosing higher amount for CPC will show your ad more often.

 

 

 Q: What is CPC?
Answer  

CPC is the amount you would like to pay each time your ad is clicked by our publishers.

 

 

 Q: Can I see the status of my ad?

 Q: How to deposit money for my advertising account?
