You must read, agree with
and accept all of the policies and terms below (the "Rules") to join
Star-Clicks.com program. "You" or "you" means the party listed on
the account. You must have the authority to agree to these Rules
for that party. "Star-Clicks.com" means Star-Clicks located in
Belfast, Northern Ireland. By creating an account, you accept
and acknowledge the following rules.
Star-Clicks may modify or terminate the following rules of use
at any time for any reason.
We periodically update our terms to ensure
their consistency with our policies and allow for addition of
new features and continued improvement of our advertising
solution.
As always, we welcome any feedback you might have to help us
make our advertising and publishing products as effective and
useful as possible. In a case that we detect irregular activity
of an account we may ask for a photo ID.
Prohibited Clicks and Impressions
Any method that artificially generates clicks or
impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods
include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or
impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions,
using robots, iframes, automated click and impression generating
tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions
such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, paid-to-read, auto surf, and
click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note
that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to
avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.
Publishers and Money Makers
Star-Clicks will grant a percentage fee that will
amount to 70% (and possibly adjusted at any time) of the amount
collected by Star-Clicks in connection with each valid Click to
a paid Star-Clicks Advertisements. Further, Star-Clicks will
only pay a percentage fee for valid clicks as soon as and
provided that Star-Clicks has received payment from its
customers.
Star-Clicks shall not be responsible for payments of the
percentage fee that have not been performed if data has been
lost due to hardware failure, data failure, hacker attack, fire,
flood, or other reasons or events that are beyond Star-Clicks's
sphere of influence.
There will be no charge for free (Silver) members.
However, Gold members need to pay the membership which is a monthly
membership and can be stopped at anytime by the member. Gold
members can renew their account to Gold membership by paying
from their balance.
Silver members receive limited number of links to click, we do
not guarantee the minimum number of links for Silver members.
Members can withdraw only when the minimum payout limit has been
reached.
Publishers Site Content
Publisher may NOT use Star-Clicks ads with the
following content:
- Violent content, racial intolerance, sexual content, or advocacy against any
individual, group, or organization.
- Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking
on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or
reading emails.
- Illegal content.
- Content protected by copyright, unless you have the necessary
legal rights to display that content.
- Poor content, or sites "made for advertising".
- Main language of the site must be English language.
- Publisher site must have some contents, clicks on the links
that appear on a page without contents will not be accepted.
Your page must have contents.
- Publishers may be required to provide their traffic sources.
Publishers Site Quality
Publisher's sites must meet the following quality
requirements.
- No excessive advertising. Sites having 4 or more ad spots per
page may be denied.
- The sites may not have popups or popunders that interfere with
navigation, change user preferences or start downloads.
Use of our Ads
- Publisher may not display Star-Clicks ads in
popups.
- Publisher may not encourage users to click the ads or use
click robots or clicking by same IP address.
- Star-Clicks ad code may not be modified.
- Star-Clicks ads may not be used with email spamming.
Additional rules for the XML Feed
- Publisher may not manipulate in any way the
results provided in the feed.
- Publisher may not link our ads from pictures. Links are
allowed only on the title, description and friendly URL.
- Publisher may not cache the results of the feed. All queries
must be real-time.
Quality of Advertiser Website
We do not advertise referral links of other
sites, blogs with no contents or copied from other websites,
adult sites, online web cam, selling illegal drugs, Facebook or
other social networks profiles, hiring models, web pages that
ask for money, web pages directing to other web pages. Your ad
will be reviewed before adding to our network please do not
submit ads in above categories.
The following products and services
CANNOT
be Advertised:
Illegal Sales
Magnetic gas savers; hydrogen-generator
gas savers, etc.
Orgone generators
Music, movie, or video sharing sites where
unauthorized copies are available.
Vendors with any web site that displays
unauthorized trademarks or logos.
Unauthorized copies of books, e-books, or
manuals.
Unauthorized (pirated) copies of music
recordings or movies.
Reproductions of paintings by artists
still protected by copyright.
Websites that offer investment or any kind of
profit making unless the business is verified
Vendors with any web site with a domain
name that infringes on a trademark or trade name.
Unauthorized copies of electronic
products, software, arcade games, console games, etc.
Web site templates that include
unauthorized copies of images, photographs or graphic
files.
Pornography and Adult Content
Tasers, Stun Guns, Air Guns, Paint Guns,
Weapons, Swords and Knives
Fireworks or Pyrotechnic Devices or
Supplies
Star-Clicks.com will not accept
vendors selling drug paraphernalia of any kind, including:
Drug pipes
Bong
"Vaporizers"
Marijuana growth enhancement products
Mushroom grow kits
Spores
"Street Drug Alternatives"
Rolling papers or rolling devices
Roach clips
Drug concealment devices
Scales for weighing drugs
Syringes
"Street Drug Alternatives"
Live Animals
Hazardous Materials, Combustibles,
Corrosives
IP Advertising
Programs or services designed to harvest
e-mail addresses or other personal information from the
Internet
Services or software to post messages on
multiple forums, message boards, bulletin boards,
newsgroups, etc.
Brands that will be rejected without
documented proof of authenticity and licensing from the
manufacturers include (but are not limited to):

Inactivity of Account
Accounts remain inactive for more than 90 days will be
archived and deleted in 7 days after being archived. Inactivity
of an account happens when the user does not login to the
account for more than 90 days.
Termination and Refund Policy
Star-Clicks may terminate or suspend an account
at anytime which is not respecting these rules of use.
Star-Clicks may terminate an account with or without prior
notice if the member fails to comply with the terms.
Any use of offensive and nasty languages when contacting support
staff will be subject to immediate account termination without
any notice.
Account cancellation and refunds may take up to 15 days and is
issued only to the original method of payment.
Cancellation requests must be sent to us 7 days before the
expiring of the account.
We can not accept a cancellation once the account is renewed or
expired.
If Star-Clicks.com fails to provide the
member with the service as stated on the website the member can request membership cancellation and refund during the current membership,
the member will need to explain the reason.
No refund is issued if the member fails to work with the
membership or comply with the terms.
No refund is issued if the member already received a payout.
No refund is issued if the member provides false or incorrect
information.
No refund is issued if the member upgraded the account by paying
from the account balance.
We do not process any payout if the Gold membership payment is
already refunded.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you
have a problem, just let us know and we will work with you to
resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will make every effort to respond to all
customer service inquiries within three working days.
When the Site Will be Available
We will attempt to provide the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, the services may be unavailable to you. You must recognize and acknowledge that due to the nature of
technology, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided. Sometimes there are equipment malfunctions. At other times
undertake periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption
failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other occurrences.
